So, What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is someone who works with you, one-on-one, to help you with all those tough aspects of life that you struggle with.
It can be a specific projects, growing/maintaining a business, your personal relationships, career, or LIFE in general!
Life Coaching isn’t therapy. It’s different than counseling. It’s much more proactive than that.
It’s about identifying your troubles and choosing actions and techniques to achieve your goals and live your best possible life!
Personally and professionally, my passion is training internal gut-level rockstars – like you, to overcome pasts and move into the most amazing future ever!
A Life Coach is not right for everyone.
Do you have a genuine hunger for change and a drive to pursue Freaking Awesome? If not, Life Coaching is not a right fit for you.
Much like a personal fitness trainer, a Life Coach pushes you to work, sweat, and pushes you beyond your comfort zones with all the right tools and strategies to succeed.

How Does Life Coaching Works?
Let’s look at a specific problem.
For lots of people, New Years is a time for looking back at the past and making goals for a better future.
When we make our goals, we think, “This year is going to be all about kicking ass and taking names!!”
Unfortunately, we sometimes make unrealistic goals that just don’t happen. We set ourselves up for failure and discouragement.
As Spring arrives, use the strategies introduced in this post and kick ass on all your decisions through the year:
How Will Life Coaching Benefit You?
The best way to explain how a Life Coach will benefit you is through the words of pleased clients:
“I can’t tell you how much it means to have someone in my corner. I have an overwhelming feeling of peace and calm and a solid feeling of I’m where I should be.” – Amy Kachurowski
“My experience working with Dawn was very insightful and straightforward. She provided a comfortable environment for us to talk, helped me to schedule and prioritize my time and develop a rewards system for accomplishing daily goals.” – Chanel, Edmonton
“I am a person that’s struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life. My anxiety was so bad that I feared leaving home alone and hated making eye contact because it made me uncomfortable.
With Dawn anxiety and depression are a thing of the past. All the things I’ve once feared in the real world is now just a memory.” – Braden Halliwell
