What’s Eating You Up Inside & What Would You Do to Get Rid of It for Good?

You can erase decades of trauma in one session with me. Just one.

That probably sounds too good to be true, right? A lot of people tell me that. But I’ve done it before and I’ll keep on doing it, because it really works.

For the last few years, I’ve been doing about 4 trauma days per year. This month I’ve already had three! I don’t know what’s in the water, but apparently, it’s making people want to resolve A LOT of issues in one day. No complaints here! I want to push to do more and more of these because as exhausting as they are, they’re also extremely rewarding. I get to help people get rid of trauma that’s been burdening them for their entire lives! If that’s not powerful, I don’t know what is.

What is a Trauma Day?

This is a process that took me a very long time to develop. It’s a full day of coaching centred around past traumas, and it’s designed to heal you completely. Yes, completely.

How do I know it works? Well, I know for sure it works on me, because I’ve done it for every one of the traumas I’ve experienced in life (there have been many). Each time I tweaked it a little, but now the process is pretty set in stone. It works. It’s been really life changing for a lot of my clients. Here’s what a recent trauma client had to say about her experience:

“Walking into Dawn’s house for a trauma day, I had no idea what I was in for. I almost turned around and drove home. I was nervous. I didn’t want to spend the day drudging up the past and then have to go home and deal with all the wounds I’d reopened. What I didn’t realize was how thoroughly healed I was going to be when I got home. Actually, that happened before I even left Dawn’s house.

It was strange. There was a void in me. A good one. I’d been carrying around the baggage of childhood sexual abuse and multiple sexual assaults for two decades. After that long, it becomes as much a part of you as your own arms and legs. How could I even have known that it wasn’t necessary – that I could let it go completely. The initial trauma was bad enough, but the burden of carrying it around was 10,000x worse.

It was an emotional day, to say the least. There were lots of tears. Plenty of emotions. And now?

Now when I call up memories of the things that have happened to me, that’s all they are. Memories. Dawn explained that her process helps take your traumatic incidents from the emotional centre of the brain into the memory centre. Having gone through the process, that is 100% accurate. These incidents no longer have power over me. I am freed from feeling anger toward others and myself. I’m freed from the hurt. All that in 24 hrs. I didn’t believe it. I still almost don’t, because how can that be possible?! But it did work. And I couldn’t recommend this process enough for anyone who has been struggling under the weight of a burden they do not deserve to carry.”

What’s the Cost?

Each trauma day costs $2000. It can last up to 17 hours sometimes. It all depends on how deep it runs and how much work you need to do to fully heal.

“That’s too much. I don’t have enough money. I don’t have the time.”

That’s always the reason people pass on the trauma day. And I totally get it, but here is what I always ask: “What does it cost you not to deal with your trauma?” No, really. What does it cost?

One of my clients actually sat down and figured it out.

Each Year Living with Trauma:

40 hours of lost sleep

100 hours of lost work time due to stress, anxiety, and severe depression (she makes about $100 per hour, so that’s about $10,000 per year)

Many failed or lost relationships, resulting in a lot of isolation

Countless hours of misery and darkness

That’s one year. She had been living like this for about 5 years straight. That is a lot of lost time, sleep, and money.

When people ask me why a trauma day costs so much, here’s what I tell them.

It works. It’s taken me a lot of time and energy to get the process right, and I have.

It’s exhausting. For you, but also for me. I have to walk through the trauma with you, support you through it, push you harder when you need it and pull you back when you’re going too far. It takes a lot out of me and I usually book recovery days for myself afterward. That means I have to make up for my lost time.

It’s a full day. Really. Some people only take about 6-8 hours to go through it all, but for others, I can be 15-18 hours – easily. No matter what though, we get it done. Start to finish. All or nothing.

You get lots of bonuses to help you through and make it way easier. Food, drinks, and snacks are included (you’re going to love my cooking, by the way!) You also get custom-blended essential oils to use during the session, and your own custom bottle to take home after to help you recover and relax when it’s all done.

Before I sign off, I want to leave you with this question: What is literally eating you up from the inside out? What would you do/pay/give to get rid of that burden once and for all?

If you’re ready to finally heal, get in touch. No pressure to commit. We can start by talking through the process, and once you’re ready, we’ll book the full day session.
