You’ve Got This - I Promise
Take a deep breath my friend
We’re in the home stretch of the year and guess what?
You’ve made it.
Maybe it wasn’t picture-perfect.
Maybe it was messy, wild, and nothing like the plan you made in January.
But here you are. You are still standing, still learning, still showing up.
That’s called
growth and being a human!
Let’s get real for a second...
We love to talk about
starting strong, but finishing strong? That’s where the real magic happens. Finishing strong doesn’t mean grinding until you’re exhausted or checking boxes just to say you did. It means looking at your year and saying: “Yeah, it was a ride… and I’m proud of who I became through it.”

Because let’s be honest... some days you crushed it. Other days, the win was simply getting out of bed and doing your best.
And both of those deserve a round of applause.
Time to drop the “I should haves,” stop dragging your “should haves,” around like a bad purse from 2012. You’ve learned what you needed to learn. You’ve grown where you were planted (or repotted yourself entirely).
And now? You get to decide what’s coming with you into the new year and what’s staying behind. Because not everything deserves to make the trip, right?
Here’s what it looks like:
~ Letting go of this bullshit idea of perfectionism
~ Celebrating the messy wins and even celebrating the losses! That is where we learn
~ Trusting that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be
~ Choosing to protect your damn peace. Please protect it
Finishing strong isn’t about doing more — it’s about owning your power and ending the year knowing you’ve grown, healed, and showed up in ways you couldn’t have imagined 12 months ago.
So here’s your challenge... For the next month of this year, I want you to do three things:
- Write down three things you absolutely nailed this year (yes, even the small ones).
- Say goodbye to one thing you’re done carrying — an old story, a bad habit, or someone else’s opinion.
- Set one bold, feel-good intention for the last month of this year
Then say it with me, out loud, shoulders back, maybe even with a little hair flip: I’ve got this.
Because you do.
You’ve always had it.
And now it’s time to finish strong, have a little fun doing it, and take a deep breath and enjoy the Christmas lights
